Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality legal work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of complex litigation, with an emphasis on data privacy matters and class actions.
• Investigate potential claims and assist with case development and strategy.
• Work directly with clients and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions and other substantive filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs at both trial and appellate levels.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and consultants.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Assist with trial proceedings and other case-related advocacy efforts.
