Job summary

CDF Labor Law LLP in California is seeking a seasoned Legal Assistant for the late shift to support our litigation team. This full-time, remote role involves handling case management from start to finish, with strong word processing and communication skills required.

Initially in-office for 30 days in Irvine, then remote five days a week, Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a litigation environment and proficiency with eFiling and calendaring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation/Legal Assistant in a litigation environment.
• Experience calendaring, researching court rules and cross-checking calendars with specialized software.
• Proficiency in eFiling in State and Federal courts; include tables of authority and Bates stamping.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from start to conclusion and coordinate tasks for attorneys.
• Provide overflow support to all five offices and handle travel arrangements.
• Enter attorney timesheets and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
