Jobot is seeking an attorney with a JD and a license to practice in any U.S. state to join our preeminent construction law practice.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive legal advice on construction law, representing clients in court or before government agencies, conducting legal research, and drafting wills, deeds, mortgages, leases, and contracts. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience as an attorney, some construction exposure, and is able to work onsite or remotely within

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in any U.S. state.
• 1+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Some experience in construction either as an attorney or another position.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on construction law including contract, property, planning, and dispute resolution.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence.
• Conduct research to inform legal proceedings and develop arguments.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
• Stay updated on changes in law and industry trends in construction law.
