The candidate will translate lab workflows into scalable technology solutions, lead testing and validation, and drive improvements for accuracy, compliance, and sustainability in a regulated setting. This remote role requires up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year gathering requirements for LIS/LIMS or related platforms.
• 1+ year analyzing business requirements and translating lab workflows into system solutions.
• 2+ years leading LIS implementation, integration, enhancement, or optimization initiatives.
• 1+ year documenting laboratory system requirements, workflows, or SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for LIS, LIMS, and related lab tech platforms.
• Collaborate with lab ops, quality, IT, and vendors to document business requirements.
• Analyze lab workflows to identify technology solutions supporting objectives.
• Translate requirements into system specs, designs, and documentation.
• Coordinate software upgrades, hotfixes, and cross-functional deployments.
• Lead system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.
