Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial roles in food and beverage industry, or liquid filtration industry.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Candidate must reside within 50 miles of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the Southern US territory and Central America to visit and obtain new clients.
• Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with Life Sciences strategy.
• Manage relationships with end users, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Food & Beverage applications.
• Provide technical and application support to customers in collaboration with internal specialists.
• Prepare customer presentations, quotations, and proposals; negotiate within pricing guidelines.
• Monitor competitive activity, customer trends, and market dynamics; share insights with leadership.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer records in CRM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
