Job summary

Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Liquid Filtration for the Southern US with travel up to 50%+ including Central America. The role is remote when not traveling and focuses on profitable growth of filtration solutions within Food & Beverage customers.

You will develop regional sales strategies, manage key customer and channel partner relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to expand Eaton's market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of technical sales or related experience in food & beverage or liquid filtration.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Candidate must reside within 50 miles of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the Southern US and Central America to visit new clients.
• Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth within the territory.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with Life Sciences strategy.
• Manage relationships with end users, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Food & Beverage applications.
• Provide technical and application support to customers.
• Prepare customer presentations, quotations, and proposals; negotiate within pricing guidelines.
• Monitor competitive activity, customer trends, and market dynamics; share insights with leadership.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer records in CRM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
