196 LLC is seeking two part-time Line Producer / Project Controller to support client budget management and production finances for live events and experiential projects. Work closely with producers, project managers, vendors, and the internal finance team to keep projects on budget, well documented, and settlement-ready.

This remote, part-time role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in production accounting, tour accounting, event finance, or project controlling.
• Strong budgets, cost tracking, vendor invoices, and reconciliations.
• Ability to translate production activity into clear financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis for events.
• Review invoices, POs, estimates, and coding for accuracy.
• Assist with AP/AR workflows and project settlements.
• Prepare and update financial reports for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and settlement-ready.
