Qualifications

• CPA licensed and in good standing.
• 7–10 years in live events or production accounting.
• Strong cost forecasting and budgeting in production environments.
• Experience with project accounting and event-level reconciliation.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends during events.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost forecasting and budgeting for live events (venue rental, staging, lighting, production, etc.).
• Perform project-based accounting and financial modeling to determine event profitability.
• Reconcile event budgets on-site to prevent cost overruns.
• Transition Accounts Payable from outsourced to in-house operations.
• Oversee internal Accounts Receivable processes.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial planning and growth initiatives.
• Support the continued build-out of the internal accounting infrastructure.
• Travel to live events approximately 5–10 times annually.
