Marrina Decisions is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead global industry marketing campaigns and customer engagement for its Startups program. You will partner with agencies and internal teams to craft campaigns spanning paid media, email, events, and sales enablement in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, ongoing nurture campaigns, and advocacy programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of event management experience.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Customer Marketing via Marketo or similar tools.
• Experience working for a startup, or startup marketing or VC/incubator partnerships.
• Ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders and convey outcomes using data.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Build programs for customer engagement and communication across the Startups Cloud Program, including events and nurture campaigns.
• Partner with outside agencies and internal stakeholders to develop campaigns spanning paid media, email, events, and sales enablement.
• Continually monitor, measure, and report data-driven insights to optimize strategy.
