Job summary

Boosta is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our partner company in delivering personalized health and fitness products to users worldwide. You will audit flows, maintain a backlog of hypotheses, segment audiences, and personalize messaging based on user data.

You will analyze funnels, manage deliverability, and collaborate with Product and Analytics to quantify email impact on revenue. Strong testing discipline and experience with ESPs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Email / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing for subscription-based products.
• Experience owning email channel performance end to end — from strategy to purchases, not just campaigns.
• Hands-on experience launching lifecycle and trigger-based flows with measurable results.
• Experience running A/B tests: formulating hypotheses, evaluating results, and scaling decisions.
• Ability to work with core business metrics (Purchase rate, revenue per send, LTV, retention) and assess attribution.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability: domain reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP warming, inbox placement.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing flows (abandoned quiz / checkout, onboarding, upsell, retention, win-back) and implement changes to drive purchases.
• Maintain backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests and drive tests to clear conclusions.
• Segment audience by behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses; personalize messaging.
• Analyze funnel metrics and coordinate with Product and Analytics to track and report email contribution to revenue.
• Maintain domain reputation and list health across Tier-1 markets (consent/compliance).
• Write email copy; collaboration with UX design for visuals.
• Propose growth ideas and back recommendations with data for senior leadership.
