Boosta is seeking an Email Marketing Manager for Uplift to help launch and build the marketing function from the ground up. You will own end-to-end email performance, from strategy to purchases, and work with Product and Analytics to measure impact.

You’ll audit flows, segment audiences, run tests, and drive revenue while maintaining deliverability and compliance across Tier‑1 markets. Remote-friendly with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Email / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing for subscription-based products (B2C).
• Experience owning email channel performance end to end - from strategy to purchases, not just campaign execution.
• Proven example of growing email-driven revenue or sales with steps, measurements and impact.
• Hands-on setup and launch of lifecycle and trigger-based flows with measurable results.
• Experience running A/B tests: formulating hypotheses, evaluating results, and scaling.
• Ability to work with core business metrics (Purchase rate, revenue per send, LTV, retention).
• Strong understanding of email deliverability: domain reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warming.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs (Customer.io, Reteno, Braze, Klaviyo or similar).
• Experience running campaigns across international markets (Tier-1).
• English level: Intermediate or higher.

Responsabilités

• Audit existing email flows (abandoned quiz/checkout, onboarding, upsell, retention, win-back) and implement changes to increase purchases.
• Maintain a backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests with clear conclusions.
• Segment audience by behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses; personalize messaging.
• Analyze funnel performance and collaborate with Product and Analytics to track and attribute impact.
• Maintain domain reputation and list health, ensuring compliance across markets.
• Write email copy; design is handled by the UX team.
• Propose growth ideas for the channel with data-driven backing for the CEO.
