Job summary

Boosta is seeking a Junior/Middle Email Marketing Manager for Brainer, a platform helping measure, train, and develop cognitive abilities. You will own transactional emails, automate flows, localize communications for different markets, and write HTML-enabled email content.

Requirements include 1+ year in email marketing for a B2C product, experience with an ESP, basic HTML skills, and strong English writing. Remote or Kyiv-office options are available, with competitive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of email marketing experience in a B2C product company.
• Understand the subscription funnel: trial, conversion, retention, upsell.
• Experience with at least one ESP (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid).
• Basic HTML email coding skills or using email builders (Stripo, BEE, MJML).
• Understand key email metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe, spam complaints.
• English writing at least Upper-Intermediate.
• Experience with subscription products.
• Experience localizing email campaigns for multiple languages and markets.
• Understanding deliverability basics: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up.
• Experience running A/B tests and analyzing results.
• Basic data skills: Google Sheets, Amplitude, Looker Studio, or similar.
• Ability to work in Figma for editing layouts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain all transactional emails of the product.
• Build and optimize automated flows: trial onboarding, conversion to subscription, upsell, retention, win-back.
• Grow the number of trials from the email channel.
• Launch and optimize the warm-up flow.
• End-to-end localization of email communications for different markets.
• Write email copy in English, prepare layouts, and code emails.
• Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance.
• Analyze competitors and look for new ideas for the email channel.
