Job summary

JR Automation Technologies, LLC, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Sales Director – Life Sciences to lead regional sales and drive strategic growth in the United States. This remote role focuses on building executive relationships, developing plans, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and prior JR Automation or automation industry experience. A drug screen, physical, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (two years of relevant work per year of study).
• MBA preferred.
• Current or prior JR Automation experience, or experience in the automation industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises regional sales managers.
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure executives are informed on progress.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their business objectives.
• Forecast and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
• Communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
