Pace Life Sciences seeks a seasoned Proposal Writer to craft high-quality contracts and quotations for analytical testing services within a CRO environment. You will collaborate with clients, management, and laboratory staff to translate complex testing activities into clear proposals for growth.

The ideal candidate combines writing precision with project management and must reside in the United States. This remote role supports pharma/biotech programs and internal compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of GMP testing laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience developing proposals for analytical testing services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage proposals and client-facing documents for analytical testing programs.
• Collaborate with clients, management and lab staff to define project scope and gather information.
• Translate methodologies, capabilities, timelines and pricing into clear proposals.
