The Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, seeks a Consultant in Life Sciences Consulting to lead primary and secondary research and develop actionable analyses. This remote role in the United States collaborates with teams and clients to deliver innovative recommendations across oncology and specialty therapeutics.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in market access consulting, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a life science focus.
• 4+ years life sciences Market Access consulting.
• Superior MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and team player.
• Expert knowledge of provider and payer dynamics in oncology and specialty therapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day‑to‑day management of multiple projects, guiding strategy and delegating tasks.
• Ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Provide feedback to junior staff to support career development.
• Support client relationships and forecast future project needs.
• Assist in developing proposals and capability decks.
• Communicate clearly with senior project managers on responsibilities and timelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
