Job summary

Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Consultant in Life Sciences Consulting to work remotely in the United States. You will lead primary and secondary research, develop analyses, and deliver strategic recommendations for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The role requires 4+ years of Market Access consulting in life sciences, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage multiple projects, and help develop proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a life science focus.
• 4+ years life sciences Market Access consulting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills; must be a team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of provider and payer dynamics within healthcare, oncology/cellular therapy/immunology/neurology or other rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day management of 3+ projects and guide task delegation.
• Ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Provide direct feedback to junior staff for development.
• Support client relationships and forecast future project needs.
• Aid in developing project proposals and capabilities decks.
• Communicate project status clearly with senior project managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
