Job summary

Meron Financial Agency is hiring remote sales agents in the United States to handle inbound leads and warm outbound inquiries about life insurance. You’ll follow a proven script, discuss coverage options with families, and move conversations toward a decision.

This commission-only role has no cap; typical first year earnings range from $80,000 to $300,000+ for full-time, with daily/weekly pay and performance bonuses. Prior license is encouraged but onboarding & coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident on the phone.
• Coachable — willing to follow a proven script and training system.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly through our guided process.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and warm outbound inquiries about life insurance coverage.
• Walk families through options from 60+ carrier partners and answer questions honestly.
• Track activity daily and pursue production goals to build a sustainable career.
