Meron Financial Agency is seeking a commission-only life insurance sales role. You will work with inbound and warm leads, discussing coverage options from our 60+ carrier partners and helping families find plans that fit their budgets.

No prior insurance experience is required; onboarding covers the basics and you’ll get ongoing coaching. This remote position offers daily and weekly pay and an uncapped upside based on performance milestones.

Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident on the phone.
• Coachable—willing to follow a proven script and training system.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or a genuine willingness to obtain one quickly through our guided process

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and warm outbound leads with a consultative approach.
• Explain coverage options across 60+ carrier partners and help families decide what fits their budget.
• Track daily activity and stay aligned with production goals.
• Participate in onboarding and receive ongoing coaching to build your book.
