Job summary

Meron Financial Agency is building a remote sales team to help families choose life insurance coverage. You’ll work with inbound leads and warm prospecting, guiding conversations through coverage options while honoring client budgets. Training is provided and coaching is ongoing to support your book-building journey.

Compensation is commission-only with no cap, typically $50,000+ in year one for part-time and $80,000–$300,000+ for full-time, paid daily and weekly as commissions clear.

Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident on the phone.
• Coachable — willing to follow a proven script and training system.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly through guided process.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of inbound leads and warm outbound leads.
• Explain life insurance options from 60+ carrier partners and help families choose coverage.
• Track activity daily and stay aligned with production goals.
