Job summary

You’ll operate with mentorship from Ben and Andrea, access exclusive leads, and use carrier contracts to present solid options. Licensing is required before selling, with timelines varying by state.

Qualifications

• Background in banking, lending, or credit union member services.
• Comfortable with forms, disclosures, and precise recordkeeping.
• Able to discuss family finances respectfully and without pressure.

Responsibilities

• Contact people who requested life insurance information and book appointments.
• Review finances and obligations before discussing coverage.
• Explain options across carriers and complete the application together.
• Handle applications and disclosures accurately for underwriting.
• Track open cases through carrier review and keep clients informed.
• Log activity in the CRM and maintain compliance training.
