The Wood Agency Life offers a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role designed for self-starters who want to serve families seeking coverage. You will manage your own pipeline, set appointments by phone or video, and guide clients through discovery and underwriting with complete ownership of each case.

Work remotely in the United States with a flexible schedule, mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and access to contracts with 43 carriers to provide real options for every family

Qualifications

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions, walk through suitable options and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting, keeping the client informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
