The Wood Agency Life is seeking motivated individuals for a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role. No prior insurance experience required; you will help families evaluate options, guide them through licensing, and support them through underwriting.

As a career changer, you will work from home with flexible hours, using a CRM, and will earn commissions based on your client production after obtaining state licenses.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling.
• Good with people, and honest when the answer is "it depends".
• Have a computer, a phone, and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance.
• Ask about the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything.
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client.
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation.
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
