The Wood Agency Life is seeking an experienced life insurance sales professional for a 100% remote, independent-contractor role. You will connect with people who have already expressed interest and guide them through coverage options with care.

If you have a banking background and dislike high-pressure sales, this role rewards careful finances and precise disclosures working with multiple carriers and licenses.

Qualifications

• Background in banking, lending, or credit union member service.
• Comfortable with forms, disclosures, and precise recordkeeping.
• Able to talk about family finances respectfully and without pressure.
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale.
• Self-directed, planning your own day and your own follow-up.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Contact people who have already requested life insurance information and book appointments.
• Review each household's finances and obligations before discussing any coverage.
• Explain how options differ across carriers, then complete the application together.
• Handle applications and disclosures accurately, because details matter to underwriting.
• Track every open case through the carrier's review and keep clients informed.
• Log activity in the CRM and keep up with compliance training.
