You will meet with families by phone or video, listen to their needs, explain options in plain language, and guide applications through underwriting. You\'ll use provided leads, receive mentorship, and participate in ongoing training as products and regulations evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, coaching, or working in a school setting.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly without talking down.
• License to sell life insurance in state or plan to obtain before first sale.

Responsibilities

• Meet by phone or video with leads who requested information.
• Listen to families' goals and concerns.
• Explain coverage options in plain language and complete the application.
• Escort applications through underwriting and update families.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM.
• Continue training as products and rules change.
