Qualifications

• 2+ years of life insurance sales experience, preferably online/D2C.
• Proficient in selling Term, ULIP, Savings, Retirement, and Money-back plans.
• Strong knowledge of insurance sales workflows, policy docs, and compliance.
• Experience with LMS/CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic conversations to assess insurance needs.
• Drive end-to-end sales from lead to policy issuance digitally.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Update LMS promptly for all leads.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and service teams.
• Stay up-to-date on new products and benchmarking.
