Job summary

Interdot Solutions is seeking a driven sales agent to act as a brand ambassador for our life products. You will educate customers on benefits, provide excellent service, and strive to exceed monthly and overall sales targets while working remotely from home.

The role requires strong English proficiency plus another official language, prior call center experience, and demonstrated regulatory compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3 years call centre sales experience.
• 1-year outbound call centre sales experience.
• 2 years Life Insurance experience.
• Fluency in English is essential plus one other official language.

Responsibilities

• To maximise policy sales and monthly written premium in a compliant and customer centric manner.
• To be responsive, courteous and professional in dealing with the Companys supporting lead providers and customers.
• To execute the sales process with skill, knowledge, diligence and integrity.
• To optimise each lead by selling additional products where these are available.
• To use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of our products from potential customers.
• To accurately identify the needs of the customer by asking effective questions and listening attentively.
• Match benefits accordingly and demonstrate how a product satisfies their needs.
• To understand objections and overcome them with an appropriate response.
• Strive to become an expert in your field through observation and collaboration.
• To continuously improve skills through practicing areas identified for improvement.
• To share ideas and insights with the team in pursuit of continuously improving the effectiveness of the sales team.
• To be self-motivated, maximise productivity and able to manage ones time effectively when working from home.
