Qualifications

• Must live in the U.S. (Laredo area a plus, but not required for this remote role).
• U.S. citizen or legal resident; able to pass a background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one — we'll walk you through the process if you're not licensed yet

Responsibilities

• Contact leads via phone or Zoom to assess needs and help match policies.
• Manage a queue of leads with daily/weekly call targets.
• Attend onboarding and training, with a mentor during early live calls.
• Maintain consistent presence and follow the system to maximize results
