High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money and are desperate
• Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way
• Agents selling low premium policies ($30-70/month)
• People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA.

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our average agent spends $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, writing between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do NOT participate in lead assist programs.
