High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money desperately
• Agents who can't afford their own leads
• Agents who need guidance at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a big ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual sales (telephone/Zoom).

Our agents typically invest $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding and need more high-performing agents.
