High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who can't buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way
• Cheap agents selling policies for $30-50-70/month
• People who are not coachable and have a big ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Agents who are competent, articulate, and communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow an effective system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

We operate entirely through virtual sales via phone or Zoom. The average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not support lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more motivated agents.
