High End Insurance Sales Agency is looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable showing high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.
