High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who can't afford to buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who NEED hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a big ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable showing high premium policies (average over $250/month)
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do 100% of our business through virtual meetings via phone or Zoom.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We do not offer lead assist programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and are looking for more agents.
