High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who NEED constant guidance and hand-holding
• Low-premium policy sellers, such as those selling $30-50-70/month policies
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA.

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
