• Part Time: $50,000+
• Full Time: $125,000+

This is a 1099 / commission-based position.

If unlicensed, discounts and guidance will be provided to assist you in obtaining your life and health licensing.

• Must be a US Citizen to apply. You can sell life insurance, build and own an agency (optional), or both!
• SELLING:
• Our main focus is to help families get protected financially with life insurance!
• We also offer health and wealth products.
• We have a value-based, warm lead system!
• In other words, we sell ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for help with life insurance.
• NO COLD CALLING NECESSARY.
• You can also help your family and friends set up their life insurance.
• You are not required to buy Symmetry leads.
• We are a "non-captive" agency.
• Contracted with and sell products from 30+ top-rated carriers like Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Gerber Life, and more!
• This allows us to find the best prices and coverages for our clients.
• We primarily write simplified-issue / instant-decision products (no paramedical exam required).

The average application takes only 15 minutes, and commissions can be paid as quickly as 24 hours!

BUILDING (Optional):

• You have the opportunity to build and own your own agency if you choose to, but it is not required.
• There is no cost to start.

Day in the life of an agent includes:

• Purchasing exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's value-based lead program (or sourcing clients through warm market / other preferred lead sources).
• Contacting leads to gather information and set appointments.
• Finding the best products from our 30+ carriers to meet clients' needs.
• Helping clients apply for their desired policies during follow-up meetings.
• Optional: Find and help other aspiring agents succeed!
