High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate cash.

  • Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

  • Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

  • Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

  • Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

  • Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to add more high-performing agents to our team.
