High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who CANNOT buy their own leads to make sales.

• Agents who NEED hand-holding every step of the way.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• People who are NOT coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• An agent who is competent, communicates well, and can effectively articulate.

• An agent comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.

• An agent who doesn't need motivation; you are ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. We operate entirely through virtual sales via telephone and Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do NOT offer lead assist programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We simply need more high-performing agents.
