High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our ideal agents are confident, effective communicators, and ready to follow a proven system without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require constant supervision and guidance
• Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-$70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products (average client pays over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are expanding and looking for more talented agents to join our team.
