High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to success.

Who We ARE NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need urgent income and are desperate for sales

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are simply looking for more high-caliber agents to join our team.
