Zohorecruit is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its remote-focused team in the United States. You will work from home with warm, pre-qualified leads and receive structured training, mentorship, and access to proven systems designed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities include virtual consultations, presenting personalized solutions, and guiding clients through the sales lifecycle. You will have uncapped commissions and annual international travel perks, with licensing opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest.
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to understand client needs.
• Present personalized solutions including life insurance, IULs, and annuities.
• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies.
• Build trust and guide clients through their decision-making process.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact through closing.
• Maintain detailed client records using CRM platforms.
• Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
