Zohorecruit is seeking driven individuals for a remote life insurance sales role based in the United States. You will work from home with warm leads, receive structured training and mentorship, and use proven systems to close sales of life insurance products like IULs and annuities.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to understand client needs
• Present personalized solutions including life insurance, IULs, and annuities
• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies
• Build trust and guide clients through their decision-making process
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact through closing
• Maintain detailed client records using CRM platforms
• Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
