Zohorecruit is expanding its remote sales team in the United States (San Jose area). You will work from home with warm, pre-qualified leads, conducting virtual consultations to assess client needs and present tailored life insurance solutions.

Training and mentorship are provided, with access to top sales software and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and comfortable navigating a remote workload.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video.
• Present life insurance, IULs, and annuities.
• Educate clients on protection and wealth-building strategies.
• Build trust and guide clients through decisions.
• Manage the sales lifecycle from contact to close.
• Maintain client records using CRM.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and benchmarks.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
