The role emphasizes weekly training, capitalization on digital channels, and ongoing client relationship building to ensure long-term coverage adaptations for evolving family needs.

Qualifications

Active State Life & Health Insurance License or plan to obtain one quickly.
Strong comfort presenting to clients via live video platforms.
Excellent self-discipline and organization for work-from-home setup.
Empathetic listening with strong verbal communication.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to own daily production.

Responsibilities

Proactively connect with warm prospects and leads using digital platforms.
Lead virtual consultations to tailor life insurance, IUL, and annuity solutions.
Guide clients through application, underwriting, and policy approval steps.
Provide ongoing policy reviews and long-term client support.
