You will stay engaged with policyholders as needs evolve and benefit from team mentorship, workshops, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• State Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
• Warm, professional communication skills across digital video platforms.
• Self-motivation and high accountability in a work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect virtually with families seeking reliable life insurance, IUL, and annuity coverage.
• Host video consultations to uncover client financial risks and offer clear solutions.
• Walk families through application processing, underwriting, and policy placement.
• Provide ongoing support to policyholders as families grow and needs change.
• Participate in team mentorship and industry workshops to grow sales skills.
