Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking motivated and client-focused professionals to join our growing Life Insurance team. This is a fully remote, commission-only Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity offering flexible scheduling and unlimited earning potential.

Speakers of Mandarin, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese, or Japanese are warmly encouraged to apply. You will educate clients, assess needs, and guide them through underwriting while building long-term relationships and a thriving career

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused mindset.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial protection needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
• Educate clients on term life, permanent life, final expense, indexed universal life (IUL), and other insurance products
• Conduct needs-based consultations and present personalized recommendations
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through regular policy reviews
• Respond to client questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems
• Generate referrals and develop long-term client relationships
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends
