Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking motivated, client-focused professionals for a fully remote, commission-only Independent Contractor (1099) role in the Life Insurance team. Flexible scheduling and unlimited earning potential await capable agents.

Active Life Insurance license is preferred but not required; strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. The role offers Zoom-based and in-person training programs, plus mentorship and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial protection needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on term, permanent, final expense, IUL, and other products.
• Conduct needs-based consultations and present personalized recommendations.
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through regular policy reviews.
• Respond to client questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems.
• Generate referrals and develop long-term client relationships.
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends.
