NMC Recruiting is seeking Life Insurance Agents to join its remote team. You will engage with qualified inbound leads, review existing coverage, and present tailored insurance solutions via phone consultations.

As a licensed agent, you will need an active life license, E&O insurance, and the ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time, contract 1099 role with 100% commissions and weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License.
• Current E&O Insurance.
• Sales or client service experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space.
• Available Monday-Friday within business schedule.

Responsabilités

• Engage with qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling).
• Review existing coverage and offer tailored recommendations.
• Present personalized insurance solutions via phone consultations.
• Communicate policy benefits, terms, and coverage options clearly.
• Complete digital applications and maintain accurate client records.
• Use provided tools to manage and track all client interactions.
