Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided, with work conducted remotely via phone on warm leads. Representatives connect with prospective clients to assess needs, explain options, and help qualified applicants through the application process.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Independent contractor (1099) with commission-only compensation.
• Remote, phone-based sales with warm leads.
• Licensing assistance and guidance provided; licensing may be required to conduct sales.
• Training, mentorship, and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in life insurance information.
• Conduct client appointments remotely by phone.
• Ask questions to understand each client's insurance needs, goals, and budget.
• Educate prospective clients about available life insurance options.
• Help clients identify coverage based on their individual needs.
• Complete and submit insurance applications electronically.
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales and application process.
• Maintain accurate client information.
• Participate in virtual sales, product, and team training.
• Develop strong phone communication, follow-up, and sales skills.
