Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from prospective life insurance clients.
• Build rapport and identify each client's needs.

• Follow up with prospects who don’t purchase on the initial call.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and pursue sales goals.
