NMC Recruiting is seeking a Life Insurance Agent to join our client’s remote sales team from home. Handle inbound inquiries, review coverage, and present tailored policies by phone. You must hold a Life Insurance License and E&O insurance.

As a licensed, independent contractor, you will work 100% on commission with weekly bonuses, using provided tools to manage client records. Flexible schedule and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License required.
• Current E&O Insurance required.
• Previous sales or client service experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently from home.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space.
• Available Monday-Friday (flexible hours within business schedule).

Responsabilités

• Engage with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling).
• Review existing coverage and offer tailored recommendations.
• Present personalized insurance solutions via phone consultations.
• Communicate policy benefits, terms and coverage options clearly.
• Complete digital applications and maintain accurate client records.
• Use provided tools to manage and track all client interactions.
• Focus on building trust and helping clients make informed insurance decisions.
