No prior sales or insurance experience is required. 1099 contractor role with part-time or full-time hours and uncapped earning potential in a culture-focused, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license with help from the company.
• Coachable work ethic and high integrity.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful.
• Able to build and nurture client relationships.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage based on needs.
• Virtually meet with individuals who requested life insurance information via lead system.
• Manage sales administration, documentation, policy processing, and client records.
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person).
